Deveolpment of job- specific curricula
In many countries there are practically no curricula or, if they exist, they aresome times not suitable to guarantee standardized contents. Well written curricula are of special importance in the field of vocational training, since they are required to prepare for specific job conditions. Curricula needed for the dual system are quite different from general education. Companies all over the world ask for competency and problem- oriented lessons.
Curricula have the task to put an emphasis on the content, didactics and methods, which are usable to reach the defined goal. GVTC writes an implements curricula which meet the demands of training companies as well as of the vocational school.
Curricula developed by GVTC make it possible that students acquire the competencies for life-long learning. GVTC has the experience that important skills such as problem- oriented, solution- oriented and team- oriented thinking are insufficiently developed. After a introductory phase of the teachers, well- structured curricula will help the teachers to give modern lessons.
